CISSBURY RING: 1 Blackcap, 1 Chiffchaff and a singing Corn Bunting. (RI) The male Ring Ouzel still on top of ring near smaller fenced off Yew, Adders multiplying on east side of Cissbury. Also Common Lizard but very few butterflies singles of Comma, Peacock & Brimstone (NO)
FERRING: The Black Redstart was still around, 6 Willow Warblers (GDM), on the wing were a Speckled Wood, Small Tortoiseshell and Small White (my first of each this year). Plus Little Egrets making it look like Africa! (AA)
