BROOKLANDS PARK: A Willow Warbler this afternoon along the stream (DKC)

EAST WORTHING: 2 hour seawatch not exactly spectacular in WSW today:
7 Gannets, 4 Sandwich Terns, 4 Brent Geese, gulls, Great-crested Grebes etc, but did see my 1st Arctic Skua of the year - a dark phase bird - heading E. Counted 38 Meadow Pipits in off (CH)

FERRING: An interesting couple of hours along the Rife this afternoon. 1 of yesterday's Black Redstart remained in the paddock north of the Bluebird Cafe, 2 Willow Warblers and a increase in Chiffchaff numbers, 2 Little Egrets and the albino Starling was around. In the paddocks west of the country centre was 3 Wheatears and my first Swallow of the year which flew west. There was good number of Linnet, Goldfinch and Greenfinch, a single Chaffinch was also noted (NB)
