EAST WORTHING: Seawatch for 3 hours+ this morning. Started flat calm then SW picking up from 09:30h. Totals for morning (mostly W); Red-throated Divers (incl. groups of 8 and 10), 1 Black-throated Diver with 2 Red-throated Divers. 523 Auks (168 definitely Razorbills + 5 Guillemots), 61 Gannets, 4 Common Scoter (E), Brent Geese 15, Eider (f) 1 o/s. For 1.5h from 09:30h a steady passage of Kittiwakes (W) totalling 167 (+ more farther out), of these only 14 were imms.

GORING GAP: A Short-eared Owl gained a lot of height and headed south this morning

MILL HILL: 3 Mistle Thrushes

SHOREHAM HARBOUR: Guillemot in the harbour just north of Quay Court, Harbour Way

WIDEWATER: At least 60 Kittiwakes offshore this morning plus Red-throated Divers, auks, etc. No sign of Velvet Scoter.
