ANGMERING: A White Stork over Downs Way at 4.40pm, presumably the same bird seen over Littlehampton 15mins later

DURRINGTON: Osprey drifted south at mid-day, Yellow Wagtail over in the morning, 3 Chiffchaff in the garden

HIGHDOWN: 2 Yellow Wagtail, 10+ Meadow Pipit, 2 Whitethroat, 2 Willow Warbler, 15+ Chiffchaff, 10+ Blackcap, 3 Bullfinch, 3 Yellowhammers.

LADYWELL: Ringing - table below highlights birds trapped and ringed in the valley today



GORING GAP:  At least 75 Mediterranean Gulls this morning among hundreds of Black-headed and Herring Gulls. A trickle of Swallows and Meadow Pipits overhead and a Wheatear on the beach. Otherwise pretty quiet.

SALVINGTON: 40+ Swallows east over Rogate Road at 4pm, 2 Sand Martins too, several smaller groups of Swallows beforehand too
