GORING GAP: A SOOTY SHEARWATER was seen lingering offshore before disappearing thought to have landed on the sea, further searches failed to re-locate the bird. 6 Mediterranean Gulls were on the sea, 3 Swift went east and 3 Sandwich Terns west.
