GORING GAP: Two SLAVONIAN GREBES offshore today along with 15 Great Crested Grebes , 20 Red-Breasted Mergansers. 2 Lapwings coasting eastwards and a Mallard sitting in the puddle of the large field!. Richard Ives
MARINE GARDENS: A single SLAVONIAN GREBE appeared just before I left amongst the Great Crested Grebes and Red-breasted Mergansers. A steady trickle of Gannets moving eastward and a few distant parties of auks moving in both directions along the horizon. John Newnham
WORTHING BEACH: A seawatch from the end of Grand Avenue 8.46-9.56am produced five Red-throated Divers, a Common Scoter, a Mute Swan, 16 Razorbills, 280 auk sp, 30 Kittiwakes, 60 Gannets, two Mediterranean Gulls, 17 Red-breasted Mergansers, 10 Great Crested Grebes and five Oystercatchers.
