BROOKLANDS: A quick look late afternoon produced four Mute Swans, 12 Mallard, nine Teal, two Little Grebes, four Moorhens, 131 Black-headed Gulls, three Common Gulls, 74 Herring Gulls, three Great Black-backed Gulls and a Pied Wagtail. Gareth James
GORING GAP: Early afternoon in the roost field was 15 Common Gulls, 45 Black-headed Gulls and 22 Herring Gulls. Feeding on the greensward was five Carrion Crows and two Pied Wagtails. It was quiet offshore and the only birds noted was two Great Crested Grebes. Gareth James
