ADUR ESTUARY: Two Yellow-legged Gulls, two or three Kingfishers, a Dunlin, six Ringed Plovers, two Grey Plovers, two Little Grebes, 22 Turnstones, 10 Oystercatchers, a Grey Wagtail, four Little Egrets, 10 Redshanks, 56 Lapwings and two Pied Wagtails (SOS).

CISSBURY RING: A GREAT GREY SHRIKE on the east side on the flint mines near the path from the Findon Valley TQ.136.079. Also two Stonechats, seven Meadow Pipits and a Bullfinch (BirdTrack).

GORING GAP: 20 Red-breasted Mergansers, a Red-throated Diver, eight Great Crested Grebes, 16 Oystercatchers, 26 Grey Plovers, 20 Ringed Plovers, 40 Turnstones, 25 Sanderlings, 180 Dunlin, 78 Black-headed Gulls, a Mediterranean Gull, 20 Common Gulls, 20 Skylarks, 64 Starlings and 20 Pied Wagtails (BirdTrack).

WORTHING PIER: c700 Starlings roosted, plus six Turnstones (SOS).
