ADUR ESTUARY: Two Mute Swans, a Little Egret, a Buzzard, a Moorhen, 20 Lapwings, two Redshanks, a Kingfisher, two Kestrels, a Stonechat and a Meadow Pipit (BirdTrack). Also Curlew and 'lots' of Teal (SOS).

BROOKLANDS PARK: Drake POCHARD still (SOS).

CISSBURY RING: Three Stonechats, a Yellowhammer and a Kestrel (BirdTrack).

FERRINGA circuit of the Ferring rife (top end ) past the Country Centre and over the fields to East Kingston through to the beach and back home in very pleasant sunny weather was mostly quiet but started well with a Kingfisher and Grey Wagtail just north of the road bridge over the Rife and was followed by a Chiffchaff next to the C Centre path.  Not much till the beach where 48 Turnstones were on a breakwater and adjacent shingle (CH).

NO-MAN'S LAND AREA: ringtail HEN HARRIER still, plus three Bramblings, two Stonechats, seven Skylarks and c20 Linnets (SOS).

SHOREHAM FORT: Two Purple Sandpipers still on wooden jetty, plus Rock Pipit still (SOS).

WIDEWATER LAGOON: Kingfisher still (SOS).
