LADYWELL: A Firecrest, six Chiffchaffs, a Great Spotted Woodpecker and 11 Long-tailed Tits were among birds processed during the morning's ringing session. A Cetti's Warbler and five Goldcrests were also noted (SW et al).
STEYNING: Male Blackcap in garden at Highland Croft (SOS).
WORTHING : Five Red-throated Divers offshore between Worthing Pier & Widewater, seems to be a regular wader roost on beach opposite Brooklands with numbers building up currently minimum 30+ Ringed Plovers, 30+ Dunlin & 15 Turnstones. Also a Grey Wagtail on beach there and late Sandwich Tern
