GORING GAP: The clear highlight today was a Spotted Flycatcher which entertained as it sallied in the scrub in the north-west corner. A light movement of Mediterranean Gulls was evident, with seven birds moving west over land. An Arctic Skua and a Bonxie crossed paths during a short mid-afternoon seawatch.
