ADUR ESTUARY: Brent GooseWhimbrel, three Dunlin, six Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 15 Turnstones, two Little Egrets and two Oystercatchers (SOS).

GORING GAP: GREAT NORTHERN DIVER, two Arctic Skuas, two Bonxies, 18 Sandwich Terns and 30 Gannets (Bt).

SALVINGTON: A Hobby was seen after a mid afternoon shower shortly followed by a single House Martin bombing eastwards, a Red Kite was seen over the High Salvington area, 57 adult Starlings were busy collecting food on the football pitches at Durrington Rec, surely on a matter of time until we see the first fledgling (NB)

WEST WORTHING: Five Common Scoters, 22 Gannets, a Lesser Black-backed Gull, a Whimbrel and seven Sandwich Terns (Bt).

WIDEWATER LAGOON: Bar-tailed Godwit, Whimbrel and Dunlin, plus Fulmar offshore and two Mute Swans (SOS).
