CISSBURY RING: Birds trapped during ringing included six Blackbirds, two Blackcaps, two Bullfinches, a Chaffinches, six Dunnocks, two Firecrests, nine Goldcrests, a Long-tailed Tit, two Robins and four Wrens; also Vagrant Emperor dragonfly (VB/PD).
LANCING: At 12.45 there were two ringtail HEN HARRIERS briefly hunting the field to the north of Lancing Ring. Also saw one bird here on 29th October (SOS).
